Our Story
Since 1977, Reece Construction has been building homes and lasting relationships throughout West Sonoma County. What began as a family-driven business constructing individual spec homes has grown into a trusted name in residential building, renovations, and custom projects.
From the start, our approach has been hands-on—we purchase land, design, and build quality single-family homes from the ground up, managing every detail from permitting to final sale. Along the way, we’ve built not only houses but also strong connections with our clients, many of whom come to us through word-of-mouth referrals.
Our success comes from a simple commitment: every project deserves our full dedication. We lead with the values of craftsmanship, communication, timeliness, and respect—principles that continue to guide us more than four decades later.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with acclaimed architects on custom homes in Bodega Harbor and other West County communities. Beyond new construction, our work includes home renovations, additions, ADUs, garage conversions, and remodeling projects—kitchens, bathrooms, decks, pergolas, and more.
Today, Reece Construction operates as an S-Corporation to better serve our clients. Led by Tim Reece and his son Andrew, we remain dedicated to helping families bring their vision of home to life—whether that means building something brand new or reimagining the space you already love.
